Inside Sales Representative

Mr. Holland’s Home Services Conditioning is a 23-year-old company based out of Jackson, Wisconsin. Steve Holland, the company’s founder, is a known leader in the industry in both sales growth and marketing creative. We are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to assist with top line growth and to oversee our sales process. Additionally, we want to streamline many processes coupled with developing a more successful sales organization.

Responsibilities for Inside Sales and customer Service Representative:

  • Assist in tracking leads and building sales reports
  • Help with following up on non-sold, canceled sales calls, lost calls and customer that are receiving promotions
  • Help resolve any sales related issues and problems with the Inside Sales Manager
  • Analyze and facilitate growth through new channels, customer bases or networks
  • Reaching out to customers to schedule appointments
  • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Keep records of customer transactions and comments
  • Update customer information in customer service database during and after each call
  • Ensure that the service technicians are arriving at customers h9omes on time and delivering the best service to all customers

Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing or a minimum of an associate degree in sales and marketing
  • Adaptability, flexibility, integrity
  • Good communication skills, professionalism, responsive to client questions, concerns and follow-ups
  • Commitment to company values, mission and core principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with high level of dedication
  • Positive culture awareness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paces environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC industry but not necessary
  • Competitive individual
  • Computer Skills: 2+ years (preferred)
  • Customer Service Skills or related: 2+ years (preferred)
  • Job Type: Full-time (8-5/8:30-5:30)
  • Wage per hour: $13-$18
