Our COVID-19 Update
Since our founding, Mr. Holland’s Heating, Air & Electric has always operated on the principles of care, empathy, and trust. As a local, family-owned company, we have always cared deeply about our community and the people of this world. We are committed to providing quality HVAC services, and will continue to do during these unprecedented times. However, in response to the current COVID-19 situation, we wanted to update you about our additional safety measures and precautions designed to keep both you and our NATE-certified technicians healthy and protected.
Our Current Safety Precautions
We understand that different customers have different health and safety concerns during this time. Due to this, we welcome you to alert us of any before your appointment is booked. We will do our very best to accommodate them. When our technicians are on their way, we will keep you updated on our arrival time so you can best prepare.
When we arrive at your property, we will:
- Put on new shoe covers before we enter your home
- Follow all current CDC guidelines, including practicing social distancing
- Not shake your hand or come into direct contact with you
- Take payment over the phone or sign off on work done via the phone
- Wear face masks when requested or needed
If you are quarantined, self-isolated, or you would prefer to not have anyone enter your home, we can try to walk you through the most common items to check so we can diagnose the issue over the phone. If you are experiencing heating issues and we are unable to figure out what’s causing the issue, we will loan you a portable heater until it’s safe to enter your home and perform any necessary repairs or replacements.
We are happy to comply with any other requests customers make to make them feel as comfortable as possible.
