He arrived on-time, my wife who was at home, said he was polite (I like the booties idea for their shoes), diagnosed the problem, did what he could, carefully explaining everything, making recommendations. What a pleasure to have such a competent, knowledgeable, polite person service our furnace. When it was apparent we needed a new furnace, he contacted the office to arrange for a rep to come out to give us an estimate. Thank you Mr. Holland's for proving that great customer care isn't that hard to provide.”
