When Steve Holland started Mr. Holland's Heating, Air & Electric (also formerly Hartlaub Services) in 1997, he had one mission: To keep Milwaukee families cool and comfortable all year long. As a one-man show, he worked morning to night, seven days a week, to live up to his promise. And his small, humble beginnings grew to become one of the most trusted names in Milwaukee heating and cooling, plumbing, and electrical. Much has changed over the past two decades, but one thing remains the same: our commitment to doing right by the customer, no matter the cost. Around here, that means:
