York Heating & Cooling
York’s product range includes the premium Affinity line and the more streamlined LX series. Affinity YXV air conditioners and YZV heat pumps use variable-capacity compressors to match their output more closely to the home’s changing demand. Select models combine QuietDrive sound reduction, Climate Set adjustments for different regional conditions, and Charge Assurance refrigerant monitoring. Compatible equipment can also connect to the Hx3 touchscreen thermostat and zoning system for remote access and room-by-room temperature management.
York Indoor Air Quality
York’s Affinity indoor air quality products work within the central HVAC system instead of treating one room at a time. Available filtration includes MERV 11 and MERV 13 media air cleaners as well as a MERV 16 hybrid electronic air cleaner. York also manufactures UVC air treatment systems designed for the damp area around the indoor coil and drain pan. Its energy recovery ventilators exchange stale indoor air for filtered outdoor air while transferring some heat and moisture between two air streams.
