Extremely thorough with photos of before and after work. Both men were personable and caring of my home and furniture. They were recommended to me by a friend who had their vents recently cleaned by Mr. Hollard’s and I too HIGHLY recommend them!

If something would happen to our system down the line, I have confidence that Mr. Hollands would be there to address the issue in a swift and courteous manner.

We worked with Mr. Holland’s over the summer to replace the old HVAC setup in our house. They were easy to schedule for a free no-pressure quote and were thorough in their questioning of our needs and desires for our new system.

We are very pleased with the professional outcome Mr. Holland’s Home Service. We received a text and phone call 30 mins prior to staff arriving to our home. The job (exchanging our gas dryer to an electric current) and outcome were explained in great detail.

The installers were extremely qualified, informative on each step in the process of installing the generator, and walked me through the steps in monitoring and caring for the unit. Would highly recommend them to install a generator.

Our most recent technician, Jonathan, was prompt, on time, and professional. He performed all diagnostics for our AC, replaced the filter, and cleaned the outdoor compressor and fan.

I was quoted a fair price for a new unit, compared to other quotes and just had a new ac installed as well. The whole crew as well as their electrician, Brian, did a great job and left the area clean, and there is a noticeable difference in the AC and cooling of the home in just a day.

My water heater broke late Saturday night. I called them Sunday morning, and they had someone at my home within an hour for a reasonable weekend cost. The water heater is getting installed tomorrow. So thankful!!

Mr. Holland’s was very professional, polite, and walked me through the process and options! He took care of the issue quickly. He cleaned the area and returned all items to their original state!

Had an emergency plumbing problem today, called Mr Holland as we’ve heard them advertised on WISN radio. The service & work was incredible. Their plumber Andy was responsive, courteous, and did great work.

Kyle came out yesterday to fix our air conditioner, and he was a godsend! It’s blistering hot and humid today. Turned out to be a fried wire in the control panel. We’re cool & so comfortable today, and the bill was exceptionally reasonable.

Our AC took a dive on the hottest week of the summer. They were able to get in after a few days and have a whole new system installed and running perfectly! With our old system being from 95’, it was time we invested.

Could not ask for a better business to work with. From replacing my sewer stack to inevitably having to replace my main sewer line, they gave 100%. Took their time to explain each step and did the job correctly. And to make them even better, they came out.
