Generac Generator Installation
Generac standby generators connect to a natural gas or propane supply and use an automatic transfer switch to restore power when the utility service goes out. Mr. Holland’s determines which circuits and equipment you want to protect, sizes the generator for that demand, and plans a location to meet clearance and code requirements. We handle the permits, generator placement, electrical and fuel connections, transfer-switch installation, system testing, and operating walkthrough.
Generac Generator Maintenance
A standby generator may remain unused for months before it needs to run continuously during an outage. Our maintenance service checks the battery, fuel system, oil, filters, spark plugs, electrical connections, fault codes, and automatic transfer switch. We also run the generator to confirm that it starts, transfers power, and operates correctly under normal testing conditions.
Generac Generator Repair
Warning lights, failed exercise cycles, hard starting, unusual noises, fuel leaks, and a generator that doesn’t take over during an outage all require professional attention. Our certified technicians troubleshoot the battery and charging system, fuel delivery, wiring, controls, engine components, and transfer equipment to isolate the failure. Generator Maintenance Club
The Generator Maintenance Club provides one comprehensive annual service for $17.17 plus tax per month or $206 plus tax annually. Membership includes battery testing, a fuel-system leak test, engine oil and oil-filter replacement, applicable air-filter and spark-plug replacement, valve inspection or adjustment, and checks for water intrusion and fluid leaks. Members also receive 10% off generator parts and replacement. The program covers qualifying home air-cooled standby generators from Generac but excludes commercial units, liquid-cooled models, and portable generators.
